AdMaris is a small tourist agency in Makarska. We were founded around a simple idea — that the best way to help a guest is to know the town, know the property, and know the people behind it.
We look after a carefully selected collection of homes on the Makarska Riviera — not a catalogue, not a marketplace — just the properties we know inside and out, from an olive-grove villa on the hillside to a restored heritage house in the Old Town.
When you send us an inquiry, you speak with the same small team. We check availability personally, answer questions in your own words, and suggest the property that actually fits your trip — even if that means recommending you speak to someone else.
Why Makarska.
A small Adriatic town between the sea and the great limestone wall of Biokovo — with pebble coves, palm-lined promenades, and a rhythm that has never quite been in a hurry.

A holiday is more than a place to sleep. Our guests come to us for the small things a website can't tell you: which konoba serves the best peka on a Tuesday, which quiet cove is worth the fifteen-minute walk, where to sit at sunset when the tour buses have gone.
We help arrange private boat trips to Brač, Hvar and the Blue Lagoon, sunrise hikes on Biokovo, wine tastings on Pelješac, in-villa chefs, and transfers from Split or Dubrovnik airport. All quietly, in the background — so you can just enjoy the trip.

We do not add a property to our collection unless we would happily send our own family or closest friends there. Every home is personally inspected, personally looked after, and personally known to us.
Some are hillside villas surrounded by olive trees. Some are heritage studios inside the Old Town. All share the same quiet standard.
