01How do I book a stay with AdMaris?
Choose a property, tell us your dates through our inquiry form or on WhatsApp, and we will personally check availability and send you a tailored offer — usually within a few hours.
02Do you have live availability on the website?
We prefer to confirm availability manually. It lets us check the right unit for you and answer any questions before you commit.
03How do I pay, and what is the deposit?
Typically 30% of the total secures your reservation, with the balance settled before or on arrival. Payment is by bank transfer or card — we send secure details together with the offer.
04When is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out until 10 am. Earlier arrivals or later departures can usually be arranged on request — just let us know.
05Is parking available?
Yes. Every property in our collection either includes private parking on-site or has a reserved parking option nearby. We confirm exact details for your chosen property in your offer.
06Are children welcome?
Absolutely. Most of our properties are perfect for families — cots, high chairs and family-friendly recommendations are available on request.
07Do you accept pets?
Some of our properties welcome well-behaved pets on request. Please mention your pet in the inquiry so we can suggest the best option.
08How close are the beaches?
Our central apartments are a short walk from Makarska's main beach and the promenade. Hillside properties are a short drive, and we are happy to recommend the quieter coves nearby.
09Can you recommend restaurants, boat trips and things to do?
That is one of the things we most enjoy. Family konobas, Biokovo hikes, private boat charters, wine tastings on Pelješac — we share our real favourites, not commissioned lists.
10What else can AdMaris arrange beyond accommodation?
Airport transfers from Split or Dubrovnik, private boat trips, guided Biokovo tours, in-villa chefs and restaurant reservations — just ask when you book.
